Architectural surveys
National As Built Inc. specializes in precise as-built drawing services with two main benefits. First, we provide accurate, concise, and clear drawings at the onset or beginning of each project. These drawings (in CAD format) notably improve and develop the procedures of calculated proximity, preplanning, and construction for all parties involved in the project.
Also, as the project progr esses, our team works with contractors to create the final as-built documentations for the project. We adjust for any deviations or modifications made to the original drawings and provide our clients with a full set of as-built plans that fall under the guidelines provided by the AIA (American Institute of Architects). This can include floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevation/section plan, equipment plans, structural plans, photo view plans, and site plans.

By using Matterport, we will provide different views of the project such as dollhouse view, plan view and virtural tour.
Virtual tours are great solution for architects, engineers, designers and contractors to virtually visit a site without leaving the office. Virtural tour helps our client to view the entire project at once from dollhouse view and by clicking and rotating the view angel, it allows to walk through the entire project.
